Oklahoma Caves
Feeling intense pressure from its 49 peers, plus tag-along District if Columbia, Oklahoma has reluctantly legalized tattoos.
Gov. Brad Henry is expected to sign legislation this week that eliminates Oklahoma's distinction as the only state in the nation to prohibit tattooing and establishes a regulatory system for tattoo artists and parlors.
There is no truth to the rumor that the bill was tattood on the back of an exotic dancer.

Happy Haymarket Riot Day!
May Day, or International Worker's Day, began with the Haymarket Riot on May 4, 1886, in Chicago, Illinois. It began as a peaceful rally at Haymarket Square near the corner of Randolph Street and Desplaines Street in what was later called Chicago's west Loop.
The eight-hour work day was the prime rallying call and the event almost passed without incident until a fuse-bomb was lit and hurled into the square, killing a police officer. Cops opened fire on the crowd and before it was all over 11 were dead.
Let the celebrations ensue!
