Day Eleven - Kruger Game Reserve

The campsite we slept at was full of Vervet Monkeys and they played and ate in the morning sun as we packed up for drive to Kruger National Park

The Kruger Game Reserve is a massive stretch of land about the size of Israel where many animals roam free. We drove south, looking for wildlife en route to our next campsite.

We saw numerous animals along the way. Most prevalent were the Impala, which were everywhere. There were also loads of zebras, elephants, and a good number of giraffe.

We drove all day, stopping for lunch, and witnessing so many animals. It was a very long time in the truck, but it was very enjoyable with beautiful landscapes and animals. Only toward the very end did it begin to get tiresome.

Reaching camp we had a little time to set up, cook dinner, and enjoy some time around the campfire before an early bedtime.
